Job Description

- Follow / Work with the Managing Director to develop the strategy for the launch of new brands in major shopping destinations with regards to sales, brand awareness development and establish budgetting to achieve it.
- Open the first retail counters in one of the major retail destinations.
- Operation / Build up annual Retail Sales targets.
- Focus on driving the retail sales by training / coaching and working with the teams in stores.
- Monitor and analyze retail sales and new product sales.
- Be the Ambassador of the brand by ensuring that global visual guidelines are implemented in all stores and corners.
- Identify and assess new distribution opportunities.
- Follow up recruitments.
- Lead, motivate and train the Sales force by leaning upon Store managers.
- Follow up the individual and collective performance.
- MUST to preferably working experiences from cosmetics industry.

Career Level= Senior

Yr(s) of Exp= 5 years

Qualification / Degree= Bachelor or higher in commercial / management area.
