Supplier’s UMM Sales Rep
● The main task will be to optimize via telephone and email interactions our current AdWords Advertisers accounts following Company guidelines and quality criteria to help our advertisers to succeed online.
● Build personalized advertising campaigns based on our customer needs.
● Educate and provide support to current advertisers on different AdWords Products.
● Strategic conversation/need analysis with the advertiser.
● Present different value added marketing solutions.
● Educate SMB customers on the product and ensure campaign activations and/or pitch adoptions.
● Bachelor’s degree or in course, preferably in Advertising or Marketing. Past experience with Adwords is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal fluency in the language of the market Thai.
● Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
● Strong Account Management and Sales Skills, preferably with past experience
● Good analytical skills and strong internet knowledge
● Technologically capable - Able to quickly learn customer service software applications.
● Proven track record of sales success
● A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
● Ability to multitask and handle a client portfolio with strong organizational skills.
● Familiar with needs-based selling techniques and excellent listening skills
● Empathetic and ability to create rapport with client over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and email composing compelling proposals (in the language of the market i.e, Chinese Vietnamese or Thai)
