What does the Oerations (Ops) team do?
The Ops team is the beating heart of ServisHero. We make sure that everything behind the scenes is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We connect all the pieces to make sure that our customers and Heroes have a seamless experience with us.
What will I be doing?
As part of Ops, you’ll be responsible for making sure that every job request is processed quickly and accurately. You’ll need to stay organised, work fast and deliver world-class customer service.As part of the Thailand team, you will be working with a small, dynamic and effective team to own and manage our presence in Thailand.
