- Manage and train a team of customer consultants - you are responsible for the results of the team
- Individual consultation of customers regarding hearing problems and hearing aids via phone
- Professional support of customers from the first point of contact to the final sale - no cold-callings, but content-rich consultation of demanding customers
- Create the best patient journey for the customer through counseling and instruction
- Development of individual solutions for our customers on basis of identified needs and expectations jointly with our customers
- Native Thai, with high proficiency in English
- 3+ years work experience in the field of B2C sales/customer care, ideally in Telesales
- Ideally experience with medical devices and/or healthcare services
- Customer orientation and professionalism in engaging with our customers
- Empathy for people and their expectations towards a medical product
- Hands-on-mentality and performance orientation - just-do-it mentality
- Independent thinker, good problem solving skills, adept at communicating with diverse populations, and entrepreneurial mindset
